We like happy customers so we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If there is a problem with your order please follow these guidelines and we'll try to sort things out for you. Please call us (on the number below) before returning any items so that we are immediately aware of any problems and always include a copy of the original invoice/receipt with the return.

If you change your mind or would like to exchange items
We understand that sometimes it's difficult to get the size right or you may just want to change your mind. Unused items that are unsuitable can be returned within 14 days for exchange (subject to availability) or refund. Goods must be returned and received by us in 'as new' condition with all original labels, tags and packaging. If they are not in a resellable condition we may not be able to make a full refund or provide an exchange. For items that are not required or returned for exchange you are liable for the return postage.  Please send the package back to us using a 'signed for' service as goods are your responsibility until we have received them.  Alternatively you can return items to our shop in Woking.
N.B. For reasons of health and safety we do not accept returns on helmets if they show signs of having been used.

Goods that are incorrectly supplied or damaged/faulty
If something arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours so that we can take the matter up with our couriers. Please return incorrectly supplied or damaged/faulty goods to us within 7 days with a clear description of the problem and we will do our best to sort things out for you.

We will process all returns as quickly as possible but please note that for warranty items we may need to refer to our suppliers.
